Spicy Twice-cooked Lamb

Scrape the yam, cut into pieces, do the same with carrots, cut onions into large pieces, and tear the stewed lamb into large pieces by hand

Heat oil in a pan, sauté the tempeh hot sauce, add onion and stir fry a few times

Stir-fry carrots and lamb a few times
4.
Add salt and stock, simmer on low heat until the yam is soft
Tips:
The amount of salt should be increased or decreased according to the taste of stewed lamb
