Spicy Whitebait Peanuts

Soak the whitebait in clean water, wash and drain the water, prepare peanuts

Prepare cooking wine, dried chili, lime and green onion

Add the cooking wine, salt, and half of the chopped green onion to the whitebait, mix well, then squeeze into the lemon juice, mix well

Preheat the air fryer at 200 degrees, add peanuts and fry them until fragrant

Peel the peanuts while it's hot and set aside

Tips:
1. Whitebait has a strong smell, adding lemon juice can remove the fishy smell and increase the fragrance
