Spring Vegetables

Wash the spring vegetables, soak them for about 20 minutes

Add about a large bowl and a half of water to the pot, bring to a boil, add half a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and add cut-off spring vegetables

Boil on high heat for ten minutes, + appropriate amount of salt, put it in a soup bowl and enjoy
Tips:
You can add a little lard in the oiling step to make it taste better when cooked. However, there shouldn't be too much vegetable oil lard. If it is too much, it will taste greasy, without the taste of spring vegetables. A must-have dish in summer, it’s easy to cook lightly, and it also helps you sleep.
