Tips:
Apples are beautiful, but a bit sour. I can't eat sour too much. I add rock sugar and steam it on a tray for 20 minutes. The apple absorbs the sweetness of rock sugar and becomes sour and sweet and palatable, with a rich sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance.
There is no need to add water, steam, rock sugar, or the water of the apple itself, which is enough.
