Steamed Bean Shredded Burrito

I use Wuhan bean shreds, which is mung bean skin, chopped up cabbage, shiitake mushrooms and chopped green onion to prepare

Spread the bean shreds flat, use a brush to brush a layer of sauce (I used a mixture of soybean paste and Korean hot sauce, so that the taste is fishy and has a slightly spicy feeling), and then chopped in 1 Shiitake mushrooms and Chinese cabbage spread on top

Roll it up and put it on the plate, then beat an egg on it, put it on top of the steamer

Steam on high heat for 15 minutes

Sprinkle chopped green onion at the end, turn off the heat and let it out for a minute. I have a little bit more chopped green onion, you can just put a little bit appropriately.
Tips:
1. No need to add oil and salt, because the sauce is already seasoned
