Bean Shreds with Fungus in Cold Dressing

1. Prepare the right amount of shredded beans

2. A handful of fungus

3. Soak the fungus, and then blanch it in a pot

4. Then fish out and let cool

5. Soak the shredded beans in cold boiled water for about 5 minutes

6. Then put the bean shreds and fungus into a bowl

7. Pour in steamed fish soy sauce and add some chicken essence
