Steamed Chicken

The cleaned chickens are slaughtered and the toes are removed, and then the feet are folded into the cavity of the chicken.

Mix all the seasonings well.

Spread evenly on the outer skin and inner cavity of the chicken.

Then add the herbs and ginger in a steamer and steam for 25 minutes.

Finally, take out and chop the plate.
6.
Top the chopped chicken with the steamed soup.
Tips:
When steaming, the chicken breast should be upward so that it will be evenly cooked when heated.
