Steamed Chicken with Mushrooms

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces, place them on a plate, add shredded ginger, and sprinkle with salt.

Soak the mushrooms for 20 minutes in advance, wash and wring out the water, cut them, spread on top of the chicken, add very fresh or light soy sauce, and a little peanut oil.

Put it in a steamer and steam on high heat for 15 minutes, counting from the time the water boils.

Tips:
It is recommended to add salt and then shiitake mushrooms. If you put shiitake mushrooms and then salt, the shiitake mushrooms will be very salty and the chicken will become very light.
