Steamed Chicken with Sand Ginger and Mushroom

Peel the yellow chicken and cut into pieces. (Drumsticks, wings and breasts are used for steaming, chicken skeletons, necks and chicken feet are used for soup.)

Peel the sand ginger and chop minced.

Add the marinade.

Grab and mix evenly, marinate for more than 2 hours. (I marinated it at noon and steamed it at night. It was very tasty.)

Soak the mushrooms in water.

Spread the mushrooms on the plate.

Then spread the marinated chicken pieces flat.

Put it into the boiling water pot.

Steam on high heat for 20-25 minutes. (The time depends on the size and thickness of the chicken nuggets.)

After steaming, sprinkle a little green onion to decorate.
