Steamed Cured Duck

The cured duck is soaked in water to remove some salty taste.

Boil the pot and put the cured duck soaked and washed into the pot.
3.
Put a few pieces of ginger and bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, pour a spoonful of cooking wine, cook for five minutes, and simmer for ten minutes.

Remove the cured duck and rinse with cold water.
6.
Put it into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker.
7.
Steam for fifteen minutes.

Steamed cured duck.
