Steamed Egg with Sausage
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Wash the green onions and cut into chopped green onions. Rinse the sausage with water and cut it into thin slices with an oblique knife. Clean the eggs if they are a bit dirty on the outside. Knock into the bowl.
3.
Beat the eggs with chopsticks and beat them clockwise for about 1 minute. To beat them, add a spoonful of salt and continue to beat them for about half a minute until they are evenly beaten.
4.
Pour 300ml of warm water, warm water! Stir while adding.
5.
After whipping evenly, use a spoon to skim off the foam.
6.
Put a small half pot of cold water in the steamer, put the steaming grid, and put the frothed egg mixture into the steamer. Turn on high heat and cover and steam for 10-12 minutes.
7.
Then take it out. Take it out with a tray clamp, transfer it to a cutting board, and drain the sliced sausage. It has been initially steamed and solidified, and will not sink and drip! Rest assured!
8.
Sprinkle the chopped green onion evenly. Continue to put in the steamer, cover, turn to medium heat, and steam for 6-7 minutes.
9.
Then turn off the heat and take out the steamed eggs. The smell of sausage wafted out! Drizzle with a little sesame oil.
