Steamed Egg with Tuna Intestines

Steam the tuna intestines over water for 20 minutes until cooked.

Slice the steamed tuna intestines and set aside.

Beat the eggs into a large bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of chicken powder, 215 grams of water equal to the egg, and mix well.

Filter the egg liquid twice to remove the white pieces of egg white and foam.

Pour the egg liquid into a round dish and cover with plastic wrap or a dish.

After the water boils, put it in a steamer and steam on high heat for 10 minutes.

Tips:
1. For steamed eggs, the ratio of egg to water is recommended to be 1:1.
2. The steaming process needs to be covered with plastic wrap or a plate to keep the surface of the water egg smooth.
3. The side dishes need to wait until the egg is steamed and set before serving, otherwise it will sink to the bottom.
4. The tuna intestines are fresh food and need to be steamed in advance.
