Tuna Intestine Baked Mashed Potatoes

Prepare the ingredients;

Peel the potatoes, wash and slice them, and steam them in a steamer;

Jenny Jane’s tuna children’s sausages are put in an air fryer and bake at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes, turning the noodles halfway through;

Put the steamed potatoes into a bowl and press into a puree with a spoon;

The grilled tuna children's sausage is cooled until it is not hot and cut into slices;

Spread on the mashed potatoes one by one;

Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese;

Put it in a preheated oven and bake the middle layer at 200 degrees for about 12 minutes. Sprinkle some black pepper on the surface after it is out of the oven. You can ignore it if you don't like it.
Tips:
1. The mashed potatoes should be crushed as much as possible, so that the taste is good;
2. If there is no air fryer, you can put the sausage in the pan and fry it;
3. The baking time is adjusted according to the performance of your own oven.
