Tuna Intestine Omelette

I use Jenny Jane’s tuna intestines for children, which has large pieces of fish in it, which is especially tempting.

Cut the tuna intestines into slices for later use.

Pour the flour into the bowl. Add appropriate amount of water and make a batter.

Add an egg and stir well.

Rub the cucumber into fine filaments, add and stir well. Add the right amount of salt and stir well.

Preheat the bottom plate of the electric baking pan and brush it with cooking oil. Then pour the batter and egg liquid. Quickly put the tuna intestine slices on top.

Then knock on an egg, stir to disperse, turn over and fry for a few minutes after it is golden on one side, and then it is golden on both sides and ready to cook.
