Steamed Eggplant with Minced Meat

Pour minced meat into a bowl;

Add eggs, green onions, garlic slices, shredded ginger, salad oil, chicken powder, salt, oil, sesame oil, black pepper;

Stir the minced meat in one direction and stir up the ribs;

Cut the eggplants but do not cut them, with an interval of about 1cm;

Fill the meat in the cracks of the eggplant;

Put on the plate

Feed into the machine and steam for 20 minutes;
