Steamed Golden Needle Vegetables with Tendon Slices

Muscles (that is, a thin layer of lean meat close to the pork tendons). Add salt, oyster sauce, soy sauce, starch, oil, minced garlic, and pepper, and mix well.

The dried golden needles are soaked well, washed and spread flat in the dish.

Spread the marinated tendons evenly on the surface of the golden needles and steam for 15 minutes.

After steaming, sprinkle with chopped green onion, heat oil in a pot, add a few drops of sesame oil, and pour it on the surface of the meat slices. The tender and smooth slices of meat are paired with the sweet golden needles, which is a great pairing!
