Steamed Hairy Crab with Bacon

Ingredients: hairy crab (washed), bacon, ginger slices

Put the bacon on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Place the washed hairy crab on the cutting board and chop it in half.

Next, put the chopped hairy crab on a large plate and put the ginger slices.

Then, combine the cut bacon.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Finally, put it in the steamer.

Cover and steam for 20 minutes, serve.
