Drunk Crab

Wash the hairy crabs and soak them in salt water for half an hour to sterilize them. Remove and control the water.

Scallion, ginger and garlic can be added according to your preference, and it is delicious after pickling.

Add a little bit of ginger slices, pepper, star anise, and bay leaves to a moderate amount of edible oil, and sauté until fragrant. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, then add very fresh soy sauce, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let cool, add 1/2 of the green onion, ginger, and garlic.

Dried hairy crabs, put them in a marinated container, pour in high-quality liquor (add the amount according to your preference), shake it, and evenly. After 20 minutes, pour in the cold soup and add 1/2 of the green onion, ginger, and garlic. The amount of soup should not exceed the hairy crab.

After 24 hours, the delicious drunk crab can be tasted! The marinated onion, ginger and garlic are also delicious!
Tips:
1. When making the soup, no water is added, and the pure taste is extremely fresh soy sauce.
