Steamed Hawthorn with Honey and Rock Sugar

Wash the hawthorn first, cut in the middle and remove the core with the tip of a knife

Tips:
When buying hawthorn, you can choose the side with bumps on the head with many superficial ideas. Boil the hawthorn with water first to remove part of the oxalic acid. After it is steamed, it can be steamed every day for a better taste.
