Steamed Lipu Taro with Rock Sugar

A piece of peeled Lipu taro.

Cut into hob blocks.

Put it into the container.

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of rock sugar on the hot water and steam in a pot over medium heat for 25 minutes.

Steamed rock sugar taro. The big rock candy is still a little bit unsteamed. Next time I will change to a small piece of rock candy.

I just don’t have osmanthus at home, or sprinkle a little bit, which is delicious and beautiful.
