Steamed Meat Cake with Winter Vegetables

Ingredients: 150 grams of skinless pork (required to be fat and lean, so that the taste will be fresh and tender), 50 grams of winter vegetables, cornstarch and coriander leaves.

Wash the pork, cut into small pieces, add winter vegetables, mince with a meat grinder (or chop by hand) into meat filling, then mix with appropriate amount of cornstarch, and thin.

Bring water to a boil in a steamer and steam for about six minutes.
4.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
