Yuxiang Eggplant

1. Ingredients preparation

2. Adjust the sauce: half a tablespoon of cornstarch➕3 tablespoons of water➕1g salt➕small half tablespoon sugar➕a little vinegar➕half tablespoon light soy sauce➕a little dark soy sauce and stir well

3. Peel the eggplant, cut into strips, add half a tablespoon of cornstarch, mix well
