Oily and Delicious---radish Rice

Soak sea rice and shiitake mushrooms separately with warm water.

Wash the rice, drain the water, put it in a wok and roast it over a low heat, and wait until all the rice grains are dry and slightly yellowed.

Add appropriate amount of cold water, cover and simmer on high heat until the water boils, then turn to low heat to continue simmering.

Carrots are peeled and cut into short filaments; dried sea rice and shiitake mushrooms are cut into dices, cabbage is cut into cubes, and pork is cut into thin slices.

Heat the oil in another pan, add pork, sea rice, and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until charred.

Add carrots and cabbage and stir fry.

Fry until slightly softened, add salt and mix well.
8.
Quickly mix the fried vegetables into the rice and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
