I like steamed fish. I can taste the fresh fragrance and original taste of fish. I especially like the steamed partial mouth fish from a restaurant. This kind of meat is delicate and fragrant, and it has fewer fish bones and is not very smelly. The latter two characteristics are suitable for my son and mother to eat. Today I tried to cook it at home. Fortunately, it was more successful. Both the dishes and the taste are closer to the steamed partial fish in that restaurant.

Steamed Partial Fish

1. Remove the internal organs, scrape off the scales and wash off the fish

2. Marinate with green onion and ginger slices in cooking wine for about 60 minutes

3. Put green onion and pepper aniseed under the fish

4. Put it in a pot and steam for ten minutes

5. When it's steamed, pour out the steamed water

6. Remove the peppercorns from the top and put in the chopped green onion and garlic.

7. Pour hot oil on top and add some coriander to garnish

Tips:

In order to taste the fish body, you need to change the knife to draw a diamond or stripe shape. Pour some light soy sauce and hot oil on the steamed fish to taste better.
