Partial mouth fish is also called flounder, flat mouth fish and so on. I used the partial mouth fish with the head and tail removed. The meat is white and tender, without small thorns, and the taste is delicious and fragrant.

Stewed Partial Mouth Fish

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: partial mouth fish, green onion, ginger, garlic

2. Slice green onion, ginger, garlic

3. Hit the fish section with a horizontal knife

4. Heat oil in a pan, saute the shallots, ginger and garlic

5. Put in the fish section

6. Cook vinegar and cooking wine successively

Tips:
