Pan-fried Partial Mouth

The fish is cleaned to remove the internal organs and to remove the external scales.

Add green onion, ginger, lemon cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, pepper and five spice powder.

Stir well and marinate for 3 hours.
4.
Add bottom oil to the pot.
5.
Add partial fish and fry on both sides for coloring.

Fried fish.
