Steamed Pears with Rock Sugar Lily

Wash the pears and cut them from a quarter. The top part is a lid and the bottom part is a cup.

Empty the pear to form a cup.

Fill the pear with rock sugar and dried lilies.

Add water to the pear.

Put the lid on the pear, tie it with a toothpick, and put it in a bowl.

Put the pears in the steamer.
7.
Steam the pears for 20 minutes to half an hour.
8.
Pull out the toothpick, you can eat the pear with the soup.
