Steamed Pork Ribs with Garlic

Wash the ribs and peel off the garlic cloves.

Add cornstarch and a pinch of salt to the ribs and mix thoroughly.

Add a little oil and light soy sauce to the cut garlic cloves and chili and stir well.

Put the ribs in a steamer with boiling water.
