Steamed Pork Ribs with Tempeh

Add ginger ribs in cold water, boil the water for one minute, remove the sub and drain.

First cook the wine to remove the fishy, then put it in all the seasonings except for the chopped green onions, mix well, and marinate for 40 minutes.

Press the pressure cooker on a low heat for 25 minutes, and it won’t be stuffy for ten minutes after turning off the heat.
4.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and you can start.
Tips:
Boil the ribs and cold water in the pot at the same time for two minutes. Do not blanch the ribs with boiling water, otherwise the meat will become tighter
