Peanut Mung Bean Pork Ribs Zongzi

Prepare the raw materials, wash and soak glutinous rice, wash and soak peanuts and mung beans;

Wash the chopped ribs, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, black pepper, and sauce, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for flavor (overnight)

Take out the ribs after marinating;

Stir soaked glutinous rice, peanuts, and mung beans, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, pepper, and salt;

Wash the zong leaves and set aside;

Put two zong leaves on top of each other, fold them into a funnel from the middle, and put in an appropriate amount of mixed rice;

Put in the ribs;

Put mixed rice on top to cover the ribs;

Cover the upper leaves and fold the tail to the side;

Wrap it into a square shape and tie it with cotton thread;

Pack all the rice dumplings;

Put the zongzi into the pressure cooker, add water to the zongzi;

Put the lid on, turn to medium and low heat and turn off the heat after 40 minutes;
14.
After being naturally discouraged, you can open the lid and eat rice dumplings!
Tips:
1. The glutinous rice should be soaked for at least 4 hours to clean. It can be stored in the refrigerator in hot weather. Peanuts and mung beans should be soaked overnight, and it is best to store them in the refrigerator.
2. The pork ribs and meat are more delicious overnight. Soak all the raw materials the night before. The next morning, the package is the best.
