Pumpkin Steamed Spare Ribs

Wash the ribs and cut into pieces, squeeze out the water, and remove the squash.

Put the ribs in a basin, add shredded ginger, minced garlic, tempeh, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, cornstarch and mix well.

Finally add edible oil, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Peel and slice the pumpkin into a plate for later use.

Put the marinated ribs on top of the pumpkin one by one and steam in a steamer for 30 minutes.

Finally, take it out of the steamer and drizzle with hot oil.
