Delicious without Frying Sugar [sweet and Sour Pork Ribs]
1.
Wash the straight row and put it in a pot, add cold water to the ribs, blanch the blood and remove the foam
2.
Clean the pot and put oil, add ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant, add ribs and stir fry
3.
Put a spatula of cooking wine, a spatula of light soy sauce and continue to fry until evenly colored
4.
Add some water to the ribs, add a proper amount of salt, and three spoons of sugar. Rock sugar is better. If there is no rock sugar, it tastes good with ordinary white sugar, then turn to low heat and cook for 20 minutes.
5.
Put a lump of oyster sauce, a spatula of vinegar, some dark soy sauce, and stir fry evenly
6.
Collect the sauce over high heat and stir fry quickly to avoid mashing the pan. After the ribs are evenly covered with sugar, the pan will be ready to cook.
