Steamed Pumpkin with Lily
1.
Wash the dried lilies and boil them in boiling water for two minutes.
2.
Break the fresh lily into petals and wash for later use.
3.
Peel the pumpkin and cut into slices about 5mm thick.
4.
The pumpkin slices are then cut into three lengths of different sizes.
5.
The longest piece is placed in the bottom layer, and then placed in three layers in turn.
6.
The lilies are stacked in the middle.
7.
Steam in a water basket for ten minutes.
8.
Finally, put a little boiled lily on top, and then drizzle with a spoonful of sweet-scented osmanthus to enjoy.
Tips:
The last sweet osmanthus that I poured, if not, some honey is fine.
