Steamed Scallops with Vermicelli

1. Prepare semi-finished vermicelli and scallops.

2. Add very fresh soy sauce, 0.5 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little sugar, a few drops of cooking wine and a small amount of water to the bowl and mix thoroughly.

3. Peel and mince garlic.

4. The vermicelli and scallops are steamed in a pot.

5. Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic and saute until fragrant.

6. Add the mixed sauce and bring to a boil.

7. Just pour on the steamed scallops.

Tips:

Simple to make and delicious.
