Steamed Sea Bass

Shred green onion and ginger, and cut green and red pepper into shreds.

Spread a small portion of the green onion and ginger on the bottom of the fish pan.

Cut the fish a few diagonally to make it easier to taste. Cut both sides.

Put the ginger and green onion on the fish body and place it on the fish plate. Boil the water in the steamer, and put the fish plate in the steamer when the water is boiled.

Steam on high heat for about 12 minutes, turn off the heat, and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the lid and take the fish out. Pick out the green onion and ginger from the fish.

Spread the remaining unused green onion and ginger, green: red pepper shreds on the fish.

Pour the steamed fish soy sauce on the fish, heat the wok with oil, pour it on the fish when the oil is hot, and cook!
