Sour and Spicy Lemon Steamed Sea Bass

Prepare the sea bass with a knife on the surface. The sea bass has thick flesh, so you have to make an opening to cook it.

Add salt, cooking wine and half a lemon and marinate for 10 minutes.

The marinated sea bass is put in a steamer and spread with ginger and green onions.

Steam for 8 minutes to boil!

For the steamed fish, remove the steamed chives and ginger, and discard the steamed fish water.

Drizzle with lemon steamed fish soy sauce. It's about 2 scoops.

Sprinkle with lemon for decoration, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili rings, and drizzle with hot oil.
Tips:
Pour out the steamed water for the first time, so that the fish will only retain its umami and no fishy taste!
