I have stayed at home for a long time and want to eat a light diet. The hot and sour lemon-steamed sea bass steamed with lemon is suitable for a light diet at home!

Ingredients

Sour and Spicy Lemon Steamed Sea Bass

1. Prepare the sea bass with a knife on the surface. The sea bass has thick flesh, so you have to make an opening to cook it.

2. Add salt, cooking wine and half a lemon and marinate for 10 minutes.

3. The marinated sea bass is put in a steamer and spread with ginger and green onions.

4. Steam for 8 minutes to boil!

5. For the steamed fish, remove the steamed chives and ginger, and discard the steamed fish water.

6. Drizzle with lemon steamed fish soy sauce. It's about 2 scoops.

7. Sprinkle with lemon for decoration, sprinkle with chopped green onion and chili rings, and drizzle with hot oil.

Tips:

Pour out the steamed water for the first time, so that the fish will only retain its umami and no fishy taste!
