The steamed sea bass is delicious and fragrant. The meat is plump, delicate and easy to digest. Simple and easy to learn, both the elderly and children at home like it...

Steamed Sea Bass

1. Wash the prepared ingredients and put them on the plate.

2. Sea bass with a knife and shred ginger.

3. Sprinkle the sea bass with salt, marinate in cooking wine, stuff the sliced ginger and green onions into the belly of the fish, and marinate for about half an hour.

4. Boil water in the pot and put the marinated sea bass in the pot; at the same time, steam the appropriate amount of soy sauce and fish together for about 10 minutes. Control the steaming time according to the size of the fish.

5. While steaming the fish, cut some shredded green onion leaves and shredded ginger and soak in water for later use.

6. Pour out the green onion, ginger and juice from the steamed fish.

7. Pour the steamed soy sauce evenly on the fish, sprinkle with green onion and ginger. \nAdd some peppercorns to the pot, add oil and boil; finally pour the pepper oil on the fish!

Tips:

The time for steaming the fish must be controlled well, otherwise the meat will not be smooth; in addition, I personally think that adding a few peppers to the oil and drizzling the fish with pepper oil will taste better...
