Steamed Sea Bass

Remove the scales and internal organs of the fish, clean up, remove the head and tail of the fish for later use.

Cut the fish into sections, leaving the abdomen uncut.

Shred the ginger, chives, and garlic for later use.
5.
Stuff part of the green onion, ginger and garlic into the belly of the fish to enhance the flavor.

Then add some shredded green onion, ginger and garlic to the inside of the fish section to enhance the flavor.

Adjust the sauce (add the appropriate amount of steamed fish, soy sauce, wine, salt, edible vinegar and chicken essence).
8.
Marinate the fish for 10 minutes (pour the adjusted juice on the fish).
9.
Change the marinated fish to medium heat and steam for 10 minutes.
10.
Sprinkle in red pepper diced and serve immediately.
