Steamed Shrimp with Yuzi Tofu

Iced vegetable cubes from the supermarket. Pick out the green beans.

Wash the prawns, or use iced prawns.

Bring the water to a boil, pour the green beans and shrimp, cook for a while and turn off the heat.

Take out the shrimp and peel off the head and shell. Be careful not to peel off the shell at the tail. Keep the shape so that the dishes are perfect.

The jade tofu is cut from the line on the package. Cut off some of the head and tail, and cut into thick pieces. Tiled in the plate. Tofu is very fragile, so be gentle when you make it.

Spread the peeled shrimp on the tofu, and put the cooked green peas in the middle.

Bring the water in the pot to a boil, spread it on the mat, put it on the plate, and steam for ten minutes.

Put some soy sauce and cornstarch in another bowl, mix well with some water, and heat the oil in the pot. Pour in water starch and bring to a boil, pour the juice on the jade tofu shrimp.
Tips:
If there is no iced green peas, use fresh green peas, or leave it alone. The monosodium glutamate is light, suitable for family dinners with friends.
