"Yuzi tofu" is very suitable for the elderly because of its soft taste. The steaming method for making Yuzi tofu dishes is relatively better, mainly because it can maintain its shape. Today, I used jade tofu with tomatoes to make a delicious soup that tastes good.

Yuzi Tofu Soup

1. Main ingredients: Tofu, tomatoes, beef noodles, coriander

2. First cut the jade tofu in the middle

3. Then you can pour the jade tofu out of the bag

4. Just cut thick slices

5. Wash and slice tomatoes, chop coriander

6. Boil water in a pot, add beef powder and a little salt to taste

7. Pour water starch to thicken

8. Put the tomatoes in and bring to a boil

9. Then put the jade tofu and boil

10. Finally, add the chopped coriander and turn off the heat

11. Put it out of the pot and put it in a bowl, ready to serve

Tips:

1. Because beef powder has a salty taste, put less salt. You can adjust it according to your taste.
2. You can replace tomatoes and coriander with other ingredients you like.
