Steamed Tofu Lion Head
1.
Chop the pork into minced meat, and chop the ginger in it when you chop the meat. Cut the horseshoe into cubes and prepare the tofu.
2.
Put yellow sauce and pepper in the minced meat.
3.
After stirring well, add the horseshoe diced and mix well.
4.
To cut the tofu into small round pieces, I used a trapezoid plate, so I put the tofu pieces aside.
5.
Wash your hands and apply a thin layer of oil. Divide the meat filling into two parts and form two round meat balls. Place them on the side of the tofu.
6.
Put the cold water pot on the plate, and after the heat is boiled, steam for about 15 minutes.
7.
Prepare some cooked peas and diced carrots.
8.
After steaming, there will be some soup in the plate. Use utensils to block the tofu and lion head. Carefully pour the soup into the pot, pour peas and carrots, and add some water if there is less soup.
9.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water and bring the starch to a boil, add a few drops of sesame oil and mix well.
10.
Pour the prepared soup evenly on the finished dish.
Tips:
When the lion's head is rounded, apply a thin layer of oil on your hands so that the meat will not stick to your hands.
When cutting jade tofu, be careful and cut carefully, otherwise it will be unsightly.
