Steamed Turbot

The turbot is cleaned and treated with a knife.

Place a layer of green onion and ginger on the bottom of the soup basin and place two chopsticks on it.
3.
Put the fish in the steamer and boil on high heat. Turn to medium and low heat and steam for ten minutes.

It is steamed until the excess broth comes out.
5.
Put green onions.
6.
Put dried chili coriander, a spoonful of cooking wine and some steamed fish soy sauce.
7.
Pour hot oil.
