Steamed Turbot

1. Kill the turbot, rinse, drain, and place on a plate.

2. Spread some cut ginger underneath, and put some on top of the fish.

3. Boil the water in the pot and steam the fish on the pot for about 15 minutes. The steaming time depends on the size of the fish.

4. Put the chopped green onions before serving and drizzle with a little steamed fish soy sauce.

5. Finished product.
