The meat of white fish is very delicate. delicious! I don’t have classes on weekends and I go home to make food for my parents. Because the fish was too big, the fish was cut in the middle of the cooking. Haha. Hope you all like it.

Steamed White Fish

1. Cut the green onion and ginger into thin strips, and cut the ginger skin and green onion leaves into sections.

2. Wash the white fish, go to the stuffing to clean the internal organs, etc.

3. Put the fish on the bottom with green onion leaves and ginger section

4. Place the sliced ginger and green onion on the place where the fish knife is cut, then sprinkle with salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Sprinkle shredded ginger and green onion on the sashimi.

6. Add water to the steamer, steam it in a basket, and steam it for 7 minutes after it is steamed. Then turn off the heat, take out the fish, and remove all the green onions and ginger from the fish.

7. Sprinkle shredded green onions, heat a spoonful of oil, pour it on the fish, take out the steamed fish soy sauce, and sprinkle it evenly from the head to the tail.

Tips:

The fish steaming pot at home is too small, so I recommend buying an oval pot for steaming fish.
