Steamed Winter Melon with Shrimp and Scallop

Cut the winter melon into small dumplings.

Soak the scallops in clean water for half an hour, clean and shred them, remove the green prawns, and clean the shrimp threads.

Hollow the center part of the winter melon, be careful not to dig it, put in the torn scallop.

Put the processed green prawns on top of the winter melon.

Add clean water to the Tuopu electric steamer, about 0.5--1L is enough, put the prepared winter melon in the Tuopu electric steamer and arrange them neatly.

Cover the Tuopu steamer with a lid, and steam the Tuopu steamer at 1380 degrees for 10 minutes.

Put the soup of steamed winter melon in a pan, add appropriate amount of sugar and oyster sauce to boil, use a spoon to pour the boiled soup on top of the prepared winter melon, take appropriate amount of coriander to decorate, and you can eat it.
Tips:
If you don't like coriander, you can leave it alone.
