Steamed with Fresh Meat and Salted Egg
1.
Prepared minced pork and chopped edamame seeds
2.
Clean the shell of the salted duck egg, poke a small hole with scissors, and then cut it into a round hole, not too big
3.
Pour out the egg whites in the salted duck eggs and make all 6 of them in turn
4.
Put the minced pork and edamame into a large bowl, add the cooking wine, ginger juice, sesame oil, chicken powder and 30g of salted duck egg protein liquid and stir evenly. Use chopsticks to stir for a while in one direction
5.
Put the stirred meat into the bag, cut a hole to squeeze the meat into the salted duck egg
6.
Squeeze it until it is level with the opening of the eggshell, pat a few lightly with the palm
7.
Wrap the opening with tin foil, the tin foil should be bigger
8.
Add 1200ML water and steaming rack to the automatic cooking pot
9.
Put the wrapped eggs on the steaming rack
10.
Add the start switch button on the lid, select the program (steaming. lotus chicken), and the cooking program will be executed automatically. It takes 28 minutes (there is no automatic pot to steam directly on the gas stove for about 20 minutes)
11.
According to the usual steaming time, I end the program 5 minutes earlier
12.
Peel the tin foil, and the fresh meat and salted egg are steamed.
Tips:
1. In the minced pork filling, I did not add salt, but added the protein liquid of salted duck eggs. The specific amount to be added is related to the saltiness, so I can master it myself
2. Select (steamed. lotus chicken) program for steaming. The program takes 28 minutes by default. I ended the program ahead of schedule according to my usual time. If there is no automatic pot, steam it on the gas stove for about 20 minutes;
3. It is better to put the minced meat into the bag, you can also use a small spoon to slowly stuff it in
