Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms

After the shiitake mushrooms are rinsed with water, soak them in a cool place until soft and set aside.

Slice garlic cloves for later use. (I use two kinds of garlic)

Cut ginger into thin strips and set aside.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the chopped chicken nuggets and stir-fry on high heat.

Stir fry the chicken slightly, add garlic slices.

Add ginger shreds.

After stir-fry the aroma, add the light soy sauce.

Add oyster sauce.
9.
Add the soaked shiitake mushrooms.

After stir-frying all the ingredients, put an appropriate amount of water and the water for soaking the mushrooms to a boil.

Turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes to leave a little juice.

Turn off the heat and install the dish.
Tips:
The water infusion of dried shiitake mushrooms contains a variety of amino acids, acetamide, choline, adenine and other ingredients. So don't waste it, save the braised chicken.
