Stewed Flower Maw with Cordyceps Flower (pregnant Mother's Favorite)
1.
Choose a tube of flower maw and soak it in mineral water overnight (tap water contains bleaching powder, which will affect the quality of the flower maw foam). The next day, soak in 80℃ water for 2~3 hours
2.
After soaking soft, put the flower gum in ice water and soak for about an hour. The left side is the good flower gum tube and the right side is the defective one. So when you choose, you should choose the transparent one, which is intact and has no holes.
3.
Wash the cordyceps flower, cut the lean meat into pieces, and wash the red dates and wolfberry, a small piece of ginger, and prepare it to be placed in the stewing pot
4.
Add the fish maw (both whole or cut into small pieces for stew), fill the stewing pot with water, and stew over water for 3 hours before drinking.
5.
Finally, just add some salt to taste
6.
The maw soup with Cordyceps flower is very sweet and delicious without salt
Tips:
1. Because the flower gum has a little fishy smell, friends who are afraid of fishy can put two slices of ginger when soaking the flower gum and boiling the soup.
2. The water will turn yellow when the cordyceps flower is soaked, and the soup will be golden yellow. This is normal, and it does not mean that the cordyceps flower is dyed.
