Millet Flower Maw Sea Cucumber Congee

Blanch the sea cucumbers and prepare them in a pot, and slice the fish maws for later use

Wash millet and oatmeal, and cut yam into pieces for later use

Pour 7 times the water of the rice into the pot and boil it over high heat. Then add the rice, ginger slices, and flower film. After the rice is boiled, turn to a low heat. Add salad oil. Stir frequently during the process to avoid sticking to the pot. After 10 minutes, add the yam.

Tips:
The cooking wine is added to suppress the taste of sea cucumber, if you are used to that taste, you can not add it.
