Red bean paste with flower maw. Currently my favorite Dala dessert, the sweet red dates with silky flower gum* is fragrant, sweet, soft, waxy, and full of collagen~ If you are free, you may wish to try it.

1. 20 or so isinglass is soaked for about an hour ~ soft body is fine (red beans should be soaked in advance)

2. Place the soaked flower maw in boiling ginger water for 2 minutes and then pick it up.

3. After soaking, the flower gum tube is finally released. Ha ha, I have grown up much better.

4. Put the flower maw, red beans, red dates, ginger slices and rock sugar in the stewing pot and prepare to stew~
