Red Bean Paste

20 or so isinglass is soaked for about an hour ~ soft body is fine (red beans should be soaked in advance)

Place the soaked flower maw in boiling ginger water for 2 minutes and then pick it up.

After soaking, the flower gum tube is finally released. Ha ha, I have grown up much better.

Put the flower maw, red beans, red dates, ginger slices and rock sugar in the stewing pot and prepare to stew~

After two hours of fusion between food, hurry up and eat it~ It's not only sweet and soft to describe, hahaha~
Tips:
In my life, I always like to make food as delicate as possible. Although the process is troublesome, I enjoy it.
